Dr. Patricia Mosquera is a dentist specializing in aesthetic dentistry in Medellín with over 12 years of experience. Her practice depended exclusively on referrals and social media for new patients. She needed a professional website that would rank for local searches like "aesthetic dentist Medellín", "smile design Medellín" and "dental veneers Medellín", while allowing patients to book appointments online 24/7.
What needed to be solved
Building digital presence from scratch in a competitive niche. Local SEO was the highest priority: Google My Business, local keywords, and content focused on the service area (Medellín and metropolitan area). The appointment system had to be simple for patients but comprehensive for the doctor: service selection, real-time availability, automatic WhatsApp confirmation, and reminders. The entire site needed to convey the doctor's warmth and professionalism.
How we solved it

Within 2 months, the site began ranking in Google Maps top 3 for "aesthetic dentist Medellín". The doctor receives an average of 15 weekly appointments booked through the website (38% of new appointments). 70% of new patients arrive via organic search. The automated reminder system reduced no-shows by 55%.
