Mefaje S.A.S is a Colombian manufacturer of shapewear and compression garments with nationwide presence. They contacted us because their sales process was 100% manual: orders via WhatsApp, payments via bank deposit, and zero inventory visibility. They needed a professional online store that integrated local payment gateways, displayed real-time inventory, and was optimized for search engines.
What needed to be solved
The biggest challenge was integrating Colombian payment gateways (PSE and Bancolombia) with WooCommerce, something standard templates don't handle well. The site also needed to load fast on mobile devices (80% of their customers buy from mobile) and be optimized for local SEO terms like "Colombian shapewear", "buy shapewear online" and "compression garments Bogotá".
How we solved it
We built a custom WooCommerce store with native PSE and Bancolombia integration through custom plugins. We implemented a real-time synchronized inventory system, mobile-first design with sub-2-second load times, and an SEO strategy including optimized product pages, e-commerce schema markup, and blog content focused on transactional keywords.
